Oban Camera Club snap ahead of H2O Zoooom! - just!

 

April 30^th 2012, and for the second year, H₂O Zoooom! again challenged 
Oban Camera Club to a photo contest.

This was an open competition with each club entering 25 images. 
The tough task of judging was in the hands of local photographer, Kevin McGlynn.

The final score was very close with OCC scoring a winning total of 328 for their 25 images and Zoooom! coming in 2^nd with 314 for their 25 images.

Best picture overall winner was OCC member Eric Shaw, who was presented the H₂O challenge cup by sponsor and lifetime photographer John Douglas.

From Zoooom!, best H₂O picture was jointly won by Dionne Gilbride and Lauren Leggett, ( pictured above with Eric).
